Not exaggerating, it took me less than 5 minutes to make this delicious smoothie bowl - and less than 5 to devour it too!
- 1 (frozen) banana
- ½ cup (frozen) raspberries
- 1 chopped & pitted medjool date
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- Toppings: raw cashews, flax/chia/sesame seed mix, goji berries
